Festival delle Cose Belle

Dal 27 al 31 agosto ci ritroviamo alla Valle dell’Om a Pietralunga (PG) per una nuova edizione del Festival delle Cose Belle: quattro giorni di musica, laboratori artistici ed esperienziali, talk, performance e incontri diffusi per provare a creare l’esempio di comunità a cui aspiriamo.

Quest’anno il tema che ci guida è il micelio – la parte nascosta ma vitale dei funghi, una rete fatta di filamenti che collega piante diverse, trasmette segnali, redistribuisce risorse, costruisce comunità ecologiche. È una metafora, certo, ma anche una lezione radicale su come si può vivere insieme: senza vertici, senza sprechi, connessi nella differenza, capaci di cura e trasformazione.

A partire da questa ispirazione, vorremmo costruire un festival che sia uno spazio collettivo, accessibile, transfemminista, antirazzista, anti-ableista. Un luogo dove le differenze siano ascoltate e sostenute, dove si possa condividere saperi, abitare anche i conflitti con cura, lasciare qualcosa a chi verrà dopo. Non un evento “da fruire”, ma un processo che si costruisce insieme – con corpi, idee, relazioni, storie.

Il Festival delle Cose Belle è un evento indipendente frutto dell'impegno volontario e dall'attivismo dei membri del collettivo culturale AWARE - Bellezza Resistente e del supporto di amici e amiche che credono in questo progetto di socialità creativa dal basso. Non ha scopo di lucro, ma di creazione di bellezza condivisa. 

L’evento è riservato ai soci e socie dell’associazione AWARE - Bellezza Resistente: sottoscrivi la quota associativa per partecipare al Festival delle Cose Belle, include tutti i concerti e le attività in programma e il posto tenda.

Le iscrizioni sono nominali e non cedibili/rivendibili. Per venire incontro a eventuali emergenze renderemo le quote rimborsabili previa richiesta via mail a info@beingaware.it entro il 10 agosto.

From 27 to 31 August, we gather at the Valle dell'Om in Pietralunga (PG) for a new edition of the Festival delle Cose Belle: four days of music, artistic and experiential workshops, talks, performances and widespread meetings to try to create the example of community we aspire to.

This year the theme guiding us is the mycelium - the hidden but vital part of fungi, a network made of filaments that connects different plants, transmits signals, redistributes resources, builds ecological communities. It is a metaphor, of course, but also a radical lesson on how we can live together: without vertexes, without waste, connected in difference, capable of care and transformation.

From this inspiration, we would like to build a festival that is a collective, accessible, trans-feminist, anti-racist, anti-ableist space. A place where differences are listened to and supported, where knowledge can be shared, where even conflicts can be inhabited with care, where something can be left for those who will come after. Not an event “to be enjoyed”, but a process that is built together - with bodies, ideas, relationships, stories.

The Festival delle Cose Belle is an independent event resulting from the voluntary commitment and activism of the members of the cultural collective AWARE - Bellezza Resistente and the support of friends who believe in this project of creative sociality from below. It is not for profit, but for the creation of shared beauty.

The event is reserved for members and associates of the association AWARE - Bellezza Resistente: sign up for a membership fee to participate in the Festival delle Cose Belle, including all scheduled concerts and activities and tent space.

Subscriptions are nominal and non-refundable. In case of emergencies, we will make the fees refundable upon request by e-mail to info@beingaware.it by 10 August.
